Project Overview
As part of a consultancy team, I lead UX/UI design for internal tools at Banc Sabadell — focusing on scalable, employee-facing solutions using the Galatea Design System.
Each initiative is owned end-to-end by me, from discovery to delivery.

Led workshops with internal departments to capture needs and pain points

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration
From the very first call —often structured like workshops— I guide stakeholders through the constraints and possibilities of the Galatea Design System. I help business teams shape their requirements in a way that respects design standards and technical feasibility. These sessions aren’t just requirement-gathering; they’re strategic conversations where I act as a design partner, clarifying doubts, offering alternatives, and ensuring everyone is aligned before jumping into the UI.

🛠️ Delivery & Handoff
Once designs are validated, I prepare detailed specifications and flows that ensure a smooth transition to development. I stay closely involved during implementation, collaborating with developers and product owners to answer questions, resolve blockers, and maintain fidelity between design and build. By facilitating cross-functional decisions and keeping momentum through each phase, I make sure the delivery process remains efficient and quality-focused.

🌐 Impact
By leading the migration of internal projects to Galatea v3, I’ve helped departments standardize their design language and improve the scalability of their tools. These upgrades reduce maintenance costs and enable faster rollout of new features. More importantly, the improvements directly enhance the daily experience of hundreds of employees, making complex tasks simpler, faster, and more intuitive.
